RATTAN RANGE ENHANCED DELIVERY +£44

    Our Rattan ranges offer an enhanced 2 person delivery service for an addition £44 charge.

• After placing your order, we will pass your contact details to our delivery provider at BJS.
• BJS will send the you an Email and SMS with a link, through which you can pick your preferred delivery date from dates offered.
• BJS will send you delivery confirmation including your tracking number.
• The day before the delivery a 3-hour timeslot is issued to you.
• You will receive a phone call from the delivery team approximately half an hour before they arrive, and you can track the delivery team online.
• The delivery team will place the new garden set in your garden, they will unpack it and take away all the packaging. They will not assemble it.
• Please note that due to current COVID restrictions they cannot take furniture through your house, they can only deliver into the garden providing there is an external access point such as a garden gate.
